Red wine obtained from Nero di Troia, Aglianico and Montepulciano grapes, produced in the vineyards around Castel del Monte. Traditionally vinified and aged in bottles. Red in color with garnet reflections, it has intense hints of red and more mature fruits. Ideal pairing with typical Mediterranean dishes and with all meats.

White wine obtained from Bombino Bianco and Pampanuto grapes produced in the vineyards around Castel del Monte. Vinified according to the most modern technologies, it enhances its fragrance qualities, elegant fruitiness and dry and velvety flavor. Particularly suitable for appetizers and creamy cheeses, fish dishes and white meats.

Serving temperature 12 C°

Wine obtained from “Nero di Troia” grapes produced in the vineyards around Castel del Monte. Traditionally vinified and refined in the bottle. Red in color with garnet reflections, it has intense hints of red fruits and ripe blackberries. Ideal pairing with typical Mediterranean dishes and all meats.
