Responsibility
The sales of goods by the RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company, with registered office in Andria, Via Vecchia Barletta 251, tel. (+39)337.503909 (+39)0883.595304 and Fax. (+39)0883.242414 via the website www.aziendaagricolaferri.com, are governed by the following general conditions of sale. The RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company reserves the right to modify the general conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from the moment of their publication on the website, without prejudice to their application only to sales concluded after such publication.
The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the site, including for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to the RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company.
Product Availability
In the product catalogue published on the website, since access and the possibility of placing an order online modify the availability of the product in real time, the RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal provided for by article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, which can be exercised without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In the event of non-conformity, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by fax or registered mail, to the RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company to the relevant sales representative. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be verified within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, or by fax, or via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order, or by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number; in the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative reasons or lack of product.
Delivery of products
The delivery of the products to the customer will be handled by the courier with the methods and at the address, on the street level, indicated in the order. The indication of the preferred delivery time is indicative, and does not bind either the courier or the RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company. The delivery times indicated will normally be respected by the couriers, the RICCARDO FERRI Agricultural Company will not be responsible for any delays.
