Responsibilities

The sale of goods by Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI, based in Andria Via Vecchia Barletta 251, tel. (+39)337.503909 (+39)0883.595304 and fax. (+39)0883.242414, via the website www.aziendaagricolaferri.com, are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale. Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI reserves the right to amend the general conditions at any time. Amendments will come into effect from the moment they are published on the website, however, they shall apply only to the sales finalised after the publication.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses derived from the sale of goods or services in the catalogue published on the website, or for late deliveries and/or failure to deliver products, nor for the lack of correspondence between the goods delivered and those described on the website, or for any other circumstance not imputable to Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI.

Product Availability

Customers’ ability to access and order products from the catalogue published online affects the real-time availability of products. Therefore, Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI cannot guarantee the availability of the goods ordered.

Cancellation Right

Customers have the right to cancel, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 without penalty and without providing a reason.
When goods are delivered, the Customer must check the integrity of the boxes and make sure that the quantity and quality of the goods matches the description in the delivery note (D.D.T.). Any discrepancies must be reported in the delivery note and notified within seven days, by fax or letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI to the sales agent of reference. Goods must be checked, within 7 days from their receipt, even if the boxes appear to be undamaged. Any hidden anomalies must be notified in writing by fax or letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Any notification made after the 7-day period will not be taken into consideration. The Customer takes full responsibility for any statements made.

Orders

Orders are accepted only if placed in writing and sent by fax or via the Internet (online orders). Customers who order online at the end of the process will receive a message confirming the order, or an email, with their order number; if a few minutes after placing the order the Customer does not receive an order number, the order shall be deemed not accepted, for all purposes of law, even if due to product unavailability, accounting or administrative reasons.

Product Delivery

Products will be delivered to the Customer by courier at the address and using the methods specified in the order. The time of delivery is only indicative and is not binding for the courier or Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI. Delivery dates are normally met by couriers; however, Azienda Agricola RICCARDO FERRI will not be liable for any delays.
